SoftwareDevTools Introduces a Trello Power-up for Freshwork's ITSM product: Freshservice. For Helping Managers Sync IT Support Tickets from within Trello Boards

One of the newest Power-Up’s for the Freshworks platform automatically links Trello cards with Freshservice tickets, enabling IT managers and customer support agents to provide exceptional support.

San Jose, California - September 5th, 2018 - SoftwareDevTools, a developer partner for Freshworks and member of the Atlassian Marketplace Vendor Program that specializes in building integrations between cloud platforms, is launching the Freshservice Power-Up in the Trello app directory today at Atlassian Summit in Barcelona. The Power-Up enables any user to create and link Freshservice tickets inside a Trello card, which then synchronizes in real time. This allows IT support agents in Freshservice to see updates being made in Trello cards that have Freshservice tickets assigned to them, so all the team members involved can have seamless access to the most current support ticket data inside of Trello.
